The establishment branch of the Deputy Commissioner’s office is responsible to approve the leave of employees who are working for the District Administration against their request. Establishment branch has to maintain the leave records of each and every employee who are working in the district. The branch officer of the establishment branch is responsible to approve the leaves of employees and he has to believe on the statement of clerk of branch about the balanced leave and availed leave of employee while approving leave. While approving the leave he/she don’t have idea about the required data (balance leaved/ leave availed). Sometimes DC also wants to know the leave status of every department at a glance in a very short span of time. It is very time consuming job because of present manual system.
