Named after the Hindu God of physicians and the deity of medicine, Dhanvantri is a software application developed by District Administration, Tirap to computerize the process of OPD registration at District Hospital Khonsa. It has the facility to store and track patient history and reports, thus facilitating diagnosis on the subsequent visits of the patient. The reporting system can be used to track the number and types of patients visiting the hospital everyday and can be further used to study the prevalence of any particular disease / medical problem in any particular part of the district.
